Dried Persimmon

Fuping, Shaanxi, has been home to premium persimmons for centuries, with its unique terroir of loess soil, ample sunshine, and sharp day night temperature swings. Our dried persimmons are made from the local Fuping sharp persimmon, sun-dried through traditional hanging and pressing methods to develop a soft, chewy texture and a natural white sugar frost.
