Matcha

Tongren, Guizhou, and Zhejiang are core matcha producing regions in China, with high altitude tea gardens, abundant cloud cover, and nutrient rich soil. Our matcha is made from shade grown spring tea leaves, steam sterilised and superfine ground to preserve its vibrant green colour, fresh seaweed aroma, and a smooth, umami rich taste with no bitterness.
