On April 28, 2025, the 7th Dual-Platform Online Shopping Festival – Shaanxi (Xi'an) Special Event officially kicked off and ran through May 12. The event combined online and offline channels to showcase Xi'an's quality brands, cultural highlights, and cross-border products from Central Asia, with the goal of expanding Xi'an's brand influence, stimulating consumer demand, and supporting the development of an international consumption hub.

Zhang Wenzheng, Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, noted at the opening ceremony that the event serves as a key initiative to help export-oriented products sell domestically and to advance the integration of domestic and foreign trade – a practical move to unlock domestic demand. During the event, Xi'an rolled out digital consumption initiatives, e-commerce platforms offered special promotions, and the government and businesses worked together to create a smooth link between production and sales.
Chins LicKING, a brand owned by Chunhefang, set up a booth at the event. Staying true to its commitment to quality ingredients sourced from Shaanxi and international production standards, the brand drew significant attention from exhibitors and shoppers alike. Its presence added fresh energy to the promotion of Xi'an's premium local products. The opening ceremony also featured themed display areas for Central Asian cross-border goods and specialty agricultural products, with over 30 organizations taking part. These booths created a platform for brands, distributors, and service providers to connect and collaborate. At the same time, the sales team ran livestreaming sessions, boosting engagement both on-site and online.

Chins LicKING will continue to build on the rich food resources of Shaanxi, driven by quality and brand strength, helping Xi'an's finest products reach a wider audience.
